No. Usually any fabric/garment containing an antistatic component has to be fully grounded at any time. In areas where a full grounding will be not possible or not practicable fabrics and garments containing the core conductor nega-stat® P190 will provide full antistatic protection.
Fabrics containing nega-stat® can be mechanically recycled or if the base material is PES and contains nega-stat® such a material can be remelted.

The nega-stat® DP 40 variant comes in 20 dtex f 4. Additionally, white and dyeable nega-stat® options are offered in 28 dtex f 3 and 28 dtex f 4.
